Craniosacral Therapy

cranial sacral therapyCraniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on technique that focuses on relieving tension in the craniosacral system, which includes the skull, spine, and sacrum. By using light touch, CST promotes the body’s natural healing processes, helping to reduce pain, improve mobility, and release stress and trauma. It is often used for conditions like migraines, chronic pain, stress, and sleep issues.

A typical session begins with the client lying fully clothed on a massage table. The practitioner uses light touch to assess the craniosacral rhythm and apply gentle pressure to release restrictions in the system. Sessions are deeply relaxing and typically last 45–60 minutes.

Craniosacral therapy supports overall well-being by addressing physical and emotional imbalances, leaving clients feeling relaxed and restored.
